FOSTER SUPPORT
Matthew 25, Benevolence, women on MIssion, and Deacon ministries
At Glynwood we are a large supporter of Fostering. We have several Foster Families, a Foster Ministry Team, and a Foster Closet that contains baby items, clothing, and other items that any Foster Family is welcome to come and borrow from or have items. We also accept donations.
If you are interested in being Foster Parents, you can contact us, and we will direct you toward the first steps of the process.

Jesus said that what separates the righteous from the unrighteous is whether they fed the hungry, gave water to the thirsty, welcomed strangers, clothed the naked, and visited those in prison (see Matthew 25:35-36). Our Matthew 25 ministry works closely with the Gillespie Center in Autauga Co. and the Montgomery Homeless Shelter to feed the hungry and give water to the thirsty.
Our Benevolence Ministry works with our local community helping with food from our in-house food pantry and other limited assistance for Autauga Co. residents.
Our Women on Mission works with local widows/widowers and homebound senior adults providing services and meals for them with the help of our Deacon Ministry.
In addition, we work with several local helping agencies, such as River Region Pregnancy Center, and the Autauga Interfaith Care Center.
