JAMES JACKSON
Lead Pastor
James became our pastor on September 17, 2017. Glynwood Baptist Church is very blessed to have James, his wife, Trish and son, Joshua as part of our family.
James began a relationship with Christ when he was in first grade, and he felt the Lord leading him to ministry in the fourth grade. He holds a degree in English from Georgia State University, as well as a Master of Divinity in Christian Education with an emphasis in Children’s Ministry from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently working on his doctorate from New Orleans Theological Seminary. He likes to vacation at the beach, and his favorite snack is Pepperidge Farm Milano Salted Carmel Cookies. He is an avid coffee drinker, and he also enjoys reading, writing, juggling, and running.

MIKE VINEYARD
Administrative Pastor
Mike Vineyard joined our staff on August 1, 2022. Mike works part-time as the staff person assigned to take care of our building, grounds, transportation, and he works closely with our Church Treasurer and Financial Ministry Assistant to manage employee benefits.
Mike recently felt a call on is life to go into the ministry and retired from the Prattville Police Department to pursue that call. Mike along with his wife Erin and adult daughter Emily have been members at Glynwood for 8 years and look forward to being able to serve in the church that they call home.

JONWORTH LOCKE
Student Minister
We are so excited to have JonWorth and his lovely wife, Taylor, with us. JonWorth works part-time as our Student Minister. He leads our 7th - 12th graders in understanding how to navigate this world and remain faithful to Christ.

We are excited to have Mrs. Gosselin with us to lead us through this time of transition as we begin the process of seeking out the next person that God is already preparing for Glynwood.
sTACEY PERDUE
Ministry Assistant
Stacey became our Church Secretary at Glynwood on October 4, 2001. In 2018 her title was updated to Ministry Assistant. In addition to working as our Ministry Assistant, Stacey holds several volunteer positions at Glynwood.
Stacey is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Merchandising, Design and Production Management. Stacey's favorite thing to do is spend time with her children (Tally - 12, Geoffrey - 10, and Jemma - 6). She also enjoys camping, crochet, reading, and gardening with her husband, Kevin. Stacey also loves animals and enjoys her snuggles from her rescue kitties.

lINDA WETHERILL
Financial Ministry Assistant
Linda became our part-time Financial Ministry Assistant on June 13, 2021.
Born and raised in Prattville, Linda graduated from Prattville High School and got her Associates Degree from Southern Technical College and has done some sort of bookkeeping ever since. For the past 23 years she has worked from home but now feels a call on her life to get out of the house.
Linda has been married to husband, Mike Wetherill, for the past 31 years and they have two grown daughters, Allison and Cailan. Linda loves to spend time with her grandbaby and is excited about meeting grandbaby #2 who will join the family in 2024.
